ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of six. My State Farm journey began long before becoming an agent - I spent more than 20 years as a State Farm team member before completing the Agent Aspirant program and opening an agency of my own. That experience has given me a strong understanding of the business and, just as importantly, what it takes to build a successful and supportive team.

Outside of work, I’m married with three grown children and grandchildren, and I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with family. Being involved in our community is important to us. Our agency proudly sponsors events at local schools and participates in community events throughout the year, giving our team opportunities to support the families and organizations around us.

Our agency offers paid time off, paid major holidays, employer-paid vision and dental insurance, a 401(k), and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We want our team members to have a rewarding career while still having time for the people and priorities that matter outside of work.

Our culture is positive, supportive, and team-oriented. I’m looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and approaches their work with integrity. Being coachable and maintaining a positive attitude are equally important. If you’re ready to learn, contribute, and be part of a team that works together to succeed, we’d love to meet you.
